Frequently Asked Questions

Submit your VIN, vehicle information and requested part first. We confirm catalogue fitment, available options, current price and availability in a quote. Nothing is ordered or processed until you approve that quote. After approval, payment can be made by e-transfer to payments@2901automotive.com or by cash at delivery when arranged. There is no online checkout, and you should not send payment before receiving and approving a quote.
-
Quote requests may be submitted at any time and are reviewed between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Once you approve the confirmed part and payment is received or cash-at-delivery is arranged, we source the part and schedule delivery. Locally stocked orders approved by 1 p.m. MT may qualify for same-day delivery between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Warehouse parts are generally available the next day. Timing and free Greater Edmonton delivery eligibility are confirmed with your quote.

This is a mobile visual and functional inspection within Greater Edmonton, completed where the vehicle is safely and legally accessible. It is weather-dependent and subject to vehicle access, lighting, road conditions and appointment availability. The service is $100, with 50% due after the appointment is accepted to reserve the booking. The balance is due before the completed findings are released. The inspection reduces uncertainty but cannot identify every hidden, intermittent, internal or future problem and is not a warranty or guarantee.
-
When requested, we may provide a general repair-cost estimate for visible findings and a non-certified estimated value range based on the information available at the time. These are opinions for decision support only—not quotations, certified appraisals, guarantees of market value or promises about future repair costs. Prices, labour, parts availability and market conditions can change. There is no obligation to purchase parts or arrange repairs through 2901 Automotive.
-
We can review an existing written diagnosis, inspection report, estimate or repair recommendation from another automotive technician or repair facility and explain the recommendation, likely purpose, questions to ask and whether another in-person assessment may be sensible. This is an independent document-based consultation, not a new diagnosis, inspection, repair authorization or guarantee that the original recommendation is correct or incorrect. Scope and price are confirmed for approval before payment.
