NEW PARTS QUOTE

Use the VIN-based Parts Quote form on the Home page. Include the exact part requested and complete VIN. We confirm catalogue fitment, product options, current price and availability before you approve the quote.

The final quoted price, expected availability and any applicable tax are disclosed before payment. Full payment by e-transfer is required before the supplier order is placed. E-transfer is the only accepted payment method.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION OR SECOND OPINION

Use the message form below. State whether you need a C$130 mobile pre-purchase inspection or a second-opinion consultation. Include the vehicle year, make, model, Greater Edmonton location and preferred dates. For consulting, briefly identify the written diagnosis, inspection report or repair estimate you want reviewed; we will reply with instructions for providing the documents.

PAYMENT

For an accepted pre-purchase inspection appointment, a C$65 deposit (50%) reserves the booking. The remaining C$65 (50%) is due once the inspection is completed. Payment is by e-transfer only. Any applicable tax is disclosed before booking. Second-opinion scope and pricing are confirmed for approval before payment. There is no online checkout.

RESPONSE TIMES

Requests can be submitted 24/7 and are reviewed daily from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Inspection appointments are weather-dependent and subject to safe, legal vehicle access.
